Returns and Refunds

 

At ModernLuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

 

Exceptions

 

Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless defective.

Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.

 

Return Process

 

Contact our customer service team at TargetML@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number.

 

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.

 

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Defective Items

 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and refund your payment in full. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
